Efficiency ratings of nearly 50%

Of the seven coal-fired power plants operated by RWE in Germany, Wales and the Netherlands, the new units in Westfalen and Eemshaven are able to achieve efficiency ratings of almost 50%.

Currently, the plants are being converted so that alternative fuels can also be used, primarily sustainable biomass.
